  • Packaging: Must include all original tags and be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or official proof of purchase from the Only Us Inc. storefront.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via info@onlyusinc.com will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Order Issues

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved based on the condition of the item.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
