1. Order Processing Time
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in real-time at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Local Delivery: Unfortunately, we are not offering local delivery services at this time.
3. International Shipping
We are currently expanding the Only Us Inc. footprint globally. We work with several different logistics and drop-ship options to provide international coverage.

Limitations: Please check the individual product descriptions for any specific international shipping limitations.

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Only Us Inc. / South Side Yoko is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. How to Check Your Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to monitor its journey.

Tracking Delay: Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Support: If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@onlyusinc.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Our shipping policy works in tandem with our Return Policy.

Standard Returns: We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@onlyusinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for our fans.
